Illusion won't go away, helm disappeared, and a selection button "Call To Eranamo" are on my screen

Orc Male, playing Dominion. I assumed a disguise (Quendeluun Veiled Heritance Disguise) and once the quest completed the disguise persists, my helm disappeared (it's no longer equipped or in my inventory) and a selection button "Call To Eranamo" is persistent on my screen. Please help, I cannot continue playing this character, as the "Call To Eranamo" button replaces my selection options in conversations.
/reloadui doesn't fix it. Either does closing the client and relaunching.

sethmcclaflinb14a_ESOSoul ShrivenIf you haven't fixed it already, I was able to remove the bug by deleting the quest item 'call eranamo' from inventory and abandoning the quest.1
