They will roll out a fix (hopefully sooner rather than later *rolleyes* )
We don't know yet when they will be re-implemented, or what mechanism they will use to make sure people don't lose stuff

might wanna check a weird error that can be caused by crown crates that pops up every now and then. it locks you out of all menus if it happens.0 -

Just something that has me concerned that may cause an issue later on with the daily rewards.
The pet day 17 and the Psijic Crates days 19& 20 are all crown crates stuff but are not marked as such.

It doesn't look like 3 days were removed. It looks like it still has 20 days of reward s to claim when I'm pretty sure it was 21 days, maybe 22 on the list before as it showed 3 rows of 7 for sure.

I almost missed the reward for 7/3 though after this was fixed as I just logged in luckily one minute before reset. Not everyone is so lucky and we all missed days so I hope you do something to make up for it.2 -

I just switched characters with a reward waiting to be claimed since I claimed the xp scroll one minute before reset and it definitely said "daily reward waiting to be claimed"(or however it says it) and it reset to "23hXXm until next reward"!

We didn't do anything specific to get a crate, it was a total surprise. We assumed everyone received them as a compensation for gifts bug.
So I should say I'm rather grateful ZOS did it. It's a fair apology in my opinion.0 -

It resets at 8pm ET in the US. This is EDT for daylight savings time, I think.
Although, do not relog with an unclaimed reward as I posted above, or disconnect, as it will reset and you will have to wait again.0 -

✭It should go down again. It resets if you log out with an unclaimed reward to switch to another character. You're denied a reward it said was waiting then.

This isn't a new bug unfortunately. It's been like that since they introduced daily rewards.
Wrong. It worked perfectly for me last month.
I claimed the reward shortly before reset time and then when reset time came around it said "NEW REWARD AVAILABLE" in my notifications.
I chose not to claim it on that character and relogged to another to claim it on them(did this every day last month also) and it reset the timer entirely and took away my reward available notification.
If I had known it would be an issue I would have taken screenshots before and after the relog.
You'll just have to take my word for it and perhaps try it yourself after your next daily reward unlocks. Just relog before claiming it and see what happens.
Edit:
It's supposed to work like the mail system which is visible on all characters and sits there waiting to be claimed on any of them even if you relog. Mail works.
I'm betting they even copied the mail code, but since mail deletes after 30 days this may have messed with their 30 day reset on daily rewards and now everything automatically deletes(resets) if not immediately claimed because it is already at 30 days. yes, it is a nice compensation for the rewards bug but i didn't get mine yet.
most people i know in game told me that they already received their crate compensation.
i wonder i i did something wrong with the logins. i know i didn't kill any boss, maybe they are rewarding that crate like the ones of the event, if so i'll never get mine because i only logged in those 3 days to do the writs.0
