NeroBad✭✭✭✭I was searching for flaxes, and often mistaken corn flowers for flax from far away, but when I saw it is not flax I never bothered to pick them. I think I missed around 50-100 corn flower, back then it would trippled my money if I sold them in the zone chat or a guild.
Also I was against Addons at first,I thought they will be buggy and dangerous. Now I play with 10+ addons5 -

And yes you was lucky most kick <cp160 exception is late night runs especially nAA as you need 12 players and if doing the craglorn trials some tend to drop off.
Well my noob level was back at launch, remember not being able to get past first trash in fungal normal.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.1 -

✭It took me forever to get my researching done, because I forgot all the time.
I thought it would be a fantastic idea back in the day to turn my stamDK (Bosmer) into a mDK just based on some crazy youtube videos I saw of a dude soloing trials with one. It didn't stick, and I was late to the party anyway
Deleting alts. Worst idea of them all. Without fail, I would some time later make another one of the previously deleted builds, and have to level it all over again. So no more. What I have is staying. Also didn't realize you could teleport to wayshrines for free from other wayshrines, so I did A LOT of running around for like 3 months.7 -
Itacira✭✭✭✭✭Didn't understand that teleporting from shrine to shrine was free, so always paid for teleportation anyway and didn't bother reaching a shrinePC/EU - PVE 2H stam orc petsorc (meta, what meta?) ww - terrible dps - mediocre player - fun times - free ww bites to whomever asks so don't be shy if interested12 -

Thought wearing all divines in PvP was a good idea and well it wasn't ... at all ... . Also tried joining a group for a dungeon and well I wasn't as good of a DPS as they wanted so they insulted me till I left. Didn't make the mistake of entering a group dungeon for at least a good 2 year and I didn't want to go back in one if people were going to act like that.Legions of Mordor Guild Officer

For those of you who didn't play since launch you have no concept of how ludicrous that concept is. Honed the bloody hell out of my concept of camera angles and exploiting them, group tactics and strategy. I wore green Shield of the Valient armor:
(2 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(3 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(4 items) Reduces damage taken from players by 5%.
(5 items) Reduces the cost of Break Free by 40%.
Ludicrous. Picture a magicka warden trying to duel a necropotence pet mag sorc wearing no set armor and you'll start having an idea of how pathetically underperformed. No one had much idea how any stats worked. Back before stats and such were multiplied by 100 to show how much small bonuses had an effect.
Also, someone talked me into wearing an all Intricate set of gear while deconning for the inspiration boost. Needless to say that's not how it worked.14 -

✭Too many to remember really. I stubbornly stuck to the Vampire's Kiss set and even golded it out because I thought it made my vampire stronger. Levelled up provisioning but didn't use food, thought it was pointless and didn't have the bag space to keep ingredients (pre craft bag days). Deconstructed stuff that I had no idea was valuable and/or could be researched (bag space again). I too distributed my points equally, thinking I was going for a 'balanced' build and then couldn't understand why my DPS was awful. I knew nothing, I was hopeless. Four years later, I'm still pretty hopeless, so I try to be kind to new players, but I've yet to meet one who is quite as useless as I was

✭I kept on restarting and making a new character and deleting the ones I wasn't using. After 4 years just finally got to level 50. Wish I knew how easy it was to respect and kept my character the very first time I made him.Not my quote but I love this saying
