furniture piece stuck in floor and fan disappeared when i placed it?

I have ahelmet that I placed on a table but somehow it ended up in the floor with only a little sticking out. Itried to get it with my plcement tool but it will not highlight it. I also tried to place a fan on a table and it completely disappeared. How do I get these items back?

✭✭✭✭✭You can browse furnishing placed into a home and see the item name and distance from you. Via that list you can remove items and place them in your inventory to then place again.0 -
