Racial Motif in inventory but can't see it

I brought a racial Motif for 1500g, the trade went through fine but when I went to learn it, its not there, I've tried to relog, reload the game, reloadui and nothing is working, as there are plenty of people linking the item in chat I clicked the link for discription and even that says I have 1 in my inventory, I submited a ticket but still waiting and even have ask for chat open and has been a few hours and no reply and its totally eating into my game time.
