Prophet failed to start main quest line after leaving Coldharbor and spawning in Pact starting town

I created a character tonight, ran through through the Coldharbor intro with my wife and once our characters started in Stonefall neither one of us could get the Prophet to start the main quest line. We logged out and back in hoping that would work but the Prophet is simply gone and there is still no main quest line showing in our journals. Would appreciate help in trying to trigger the main story.
