Say what you will about lag, addons or resolution but they create a gaming landscape that can be wildly different depending on the situation, even if we are still essentially playing the same game. Here are a few PVP examples I’ve found. I’d have to imagine there are PVE dungeon differences too but that’s not my bag so I wouldn’t know.
1 - Sloads on console: Not a problem
In 10 days I have yet to see it in my death recap. Not saying it isn’t out there somewhere but I’ve gotten a good 20 hours of PVP in since the update and have yet to see it at any point.
2 - Zaan isn’t either.
When I came back to the game a month ago I was told to look out for Zaan. I did die from it once and did say “what the f” when it happened but also, it’s use is so low it’s been essentially a non-factor.
3 - Time Stop is everywhere.
XBox NA PVP is covered with bubbles. I’m as guilty as anyone. I love this move so much it’s absurd. The instant cast of Freeze Time is also highly visible on XBox and I’ve gathered the anti-healing morph is more of a PC thing.
Anyway, these are just a small few examples of real differences between the two. More and more ESO is becoming like Major League Baseball; sure it’s still baseball but one is played in a pitcher friendly park and the other is Coors Field.

There is a reason all raiding guilds in WoW made you get Deadly Boss Mods.
I am just waiting for some PC elitist to try and refute this point, because it isn't possible to do so.
PC players have it much easier. I'd argue because of this, console players are better.

Totally agree with you @Azyle1
Any achievement gotten without add-ons is easily more impressive than getting it with add-ons. Not only that but PC players have better frame-rate too. They have QoL add-ons AND add-ons that provide training wheels for PvE content. When i was watching videos to begin progressing vAS i couldn't believe my eyes when some guy had Llothis's cone appear and the add-on told him to just stand and block, didn't have to look for the green chest or anything. It's honestly a joke how much easier they have it.

At the same time, if I played on PC, I would totally use them, if I am going to be honest and fair.

Not the kind that PC get... Console cannot track all of your dots like wall of elements and endless hail... I suggest you watch a video of PC player in a raid and a console player in a raid and observe the different sensory information on the screen.

I have never used those addons that tell me when to block or stuff like that. I dont need the.game telling me how to play the game. All i ever did was use something to tell me what damage I was doing so I could tweak rotations. Once that was figured out, the flying numbers got turned off. This part of the UI now across platforms, along with a buff tracker.

The tip comes way too slow and only focuses on the current attack being wound up.
If you're playing against large mobs with multiple bosses, you don't know whose attack you're about to dodge/interrupt.
I've seen the mod PC players use in action: it not only tells you where it's from, what's being cast, and how long it'll take.
I chuckled when I saw someone say console players are the better players. I can see truth in that.
