Verification email not sent/Cannot change email

Yesterday I tried to get back to the game, and while trying to check my account, I noticed that my email address was disabled, and even after I reactivated it, I still did not receive the confirmation emails and I suspect there might be a problem with the email ( or the confirmations).

I tried to send a ticket to change the email but also did not get an answer and I would like help getting into my account and if possible to change the registered email to the nwe one.
