(But they have to reach up the item limit to 1400 if they even consider to sell this

I'm not certain this will be a house but your point about the water teleport pad makes sense. Or it could be a cut content or a draft for a future DLC...

Anyway some lore about the island(s) off Artaeum would be lovely, even for an estate.

I actually think it's a pretty fair conclusion. In the Psijic College, there is a doorway that leads to an "Artaeum Beach" but says that you can not use this door right now. And no quest ever leads us through that door. I think it's a logical conclusion that that door leads to the tele-pool to the island depicted in the screenshots.

That, or I'll concede it could be a future DLC area.

But given ZOS's recent agenda with monetization. I think it's probably 95% likely this will be a mansion type home along with the Grotto.

Well, not exactly, look at the screenshot, i'm talking about a " locked door " a few meters further ,On the right once when you enter the psijic college.
The door leading to the " Artaeum beach " is a part of the main summerset quest

I'm guessing it must be in the pipeline to be a new homestead, otherwise they would have told us something about this island already, since it's technically part of the Artaeum map.

If this is the case, I will hold onto my crowns. Was really hoping for a Summerset Notable home with land and views, but instead they gave us the townhouse and a pirate grotto. They are both really nice, but I want more colorful trees, flowers, waterfalls and open spaces. If this is in Arteum and this big, I will wait. Most likely a limited timed sale.

Yeah, they probably don't want to annouce two CS house at the same time, it is understandable, if they show picture of two CS house coming the 1 january and the 1 march for example ... people will choose which look better and will wait, but if they annouce these house one by one they can make people buy both.

Khajiit would be interested and has ideas - but the location and moveability of the big blue puddles, and other things, would be a factor.

This one would be looking for the weatherworn Alinor ruin sort of look rather than something reflecting the psijic style - which reminds this one of Eye of the Beholder quite a bit.

I agree with Santie,
I am fine with the timeworn Altmer structures, and the more modern Alinor building. Ceporah Tower is beautiful, but theres no windows, no light, just the scalloped walls and floors. Its lovely, but I dont really want to live there.

I just hope we see it soon, I would kill to live there.

Actually, a quest does lead to south beach. It's part of the psijic quest line, one of the beginning ones. Once you complete the quest, though, you can't get through the door again.

That being said, they already have a humongous one coming out in the future, and it's a pirate cove. If you went on the PTS at all during beta, you would have been able to access it. I'm not holding my breath on this becoming a house. We will see.

Aside from adding dungeons, has ZoS ever expanded on a zone other than Craglorn? I would think they would return to Morrowind if they intended to, so many locked doors.

I actually love the Alinor Crest Townhome. It's very modern-looking and upscale, and a decent size. Not too small, and not too big. It also has a nice-sized outside area on the top floor that overlooks the crafting area.

This would explain why the building look perfect from here and also why there is a lack of texture inside while the corridor and the little area before this teleporter look fine, it's just the decors

Khajiit thinks it is probably no larger than Claws Temple Spa Resort which this one recently established at the former Dawnlight Palace.

And if this was a Guild Hall yes would they not perhaps introduce several at once?

Though this one is always hopeful of course. Hopeful for so many things regarding our homes and what it is possible to do in them.

Ty for not explaining lol. That is something I keep very secret as well. It’s just not something that needs to be known by everyone because there are people who solely look to exploit the game and would undoubtedly try to abuse it.

It will probably be a while. They haven't even announched when the grotto house would be available yet, and that one was revealed almost 2 months ago. It took them like 5 months to release the Dawnlight Palace after it was revealed. This house hasn't even been officially revealed yet. I'm guessing it might be coming near the end of the year. Maybe around the next quest DLC (especially if it will have some connection with the Psijics again).

Introduce just one guild hall so everyone buys it. Then introduce some other options later so people who want those have to make a second purchase.

I am very conflicted. This house is probably the best I have seen so far, in fact the only Crown Store house so far that appeals to me. I cannot split my love though and I am in love with my Mathiisen Manor in which I have invested countless ours and Millions of gold. And if I want to do something properly, I must love it

I am also unsure, because living on Artaeum, that super secret island is rather strange to me. What about the lore future ? Will I eventually get kicked out or will I happily live there until the 2nd Era, where I am getting crushed by the Numidium in my attempt to aid Summerset ?

At the end of the psjiic questline and the main quest they say you are allowed to return and go whenever you want as the spell to return is attuned to you. It feels odd tho that if this is a home that players can port to your home in arteum despite not being a psjiic mage.
