For skills I use the following:
Dual Wield: Rending Slashes, Killer's Blade, Surprise Attack, Rearming Trap, Relentless Focus, Incapacitating Strike
Bow: Endless Hail, Rearming Trap (for passives), Poison Injection, Power Extraction (Caltrops if you want to be vanilla), Leeching Strikes
Rotation is key. For Dual Wield / Bow setup click the spoiler here to see the rotation I use:Start on Dual Wield using Relentless Focus then SWAP to Bow bar:
Endless Hail > Light Attack > Poison Injection > Light Attack > Power Extraction (Caltrops if you want to be vanilla) > Light Attack > Leeching Strikes > BAR SWAP >
Heavy Attack > Surprise Attack > Light Attack > (Ultimate Incapacitating Strike if ready) > Relentless Proc > Light Attack > Rending Slashes > Light Attack > Rearming Trap > Light Attack > Surprise Attack > Light Attack > Relentless Focus > BAR SWAP >
RESTART
When the dummy or boss is at 30% or less health, do your bow bar rotation then swap and do:
Light Attack > Killer's Blade > Light Attack > (Ulti if ready) > Relentless Proc > Light Attack > Killer's Blade > Light Attack > Relentless Focus > [Light Attack > Killer's Blade] x3 times > RESTART

Trash poisons? Or something stronger?

Stamblade builds use Incap on the front bar because it's a frequent source of high single target damage due to its low cost.

Blade cloak/block/dodge roll and if you’re playing solo throw a self heal like vigor on. I can’t express that enough. Being right on the boss is different than ranging and shielding, there’s a lot more incoming damage that needs to be mitigated and moved out of.

A short how-to on Stamblade:
1. Practice to play a dynamic rotation. Can't? See The first word of point 1.
2. Light Attacks and Bow procs are your number one priority until execute
3. DoT priorities: Endless Hail > Poison Injection = Caltrops = Rearming Trap > Rending Slashes
4. Aim for three Assassin's Will procs per cast of Relentless Focus
5. Light Attack, incap, swap, light attack, bow. It's dope, believe me.
6. Swap to your frontbar when you are at 4 Light Attack stacks, so you can instantly LA (5) -> Bow.
7. An occasional heavy attack doesn't hurt if you lack sustain. If you are good at Light Attack weaving while having siphoning attacks up, you should be golden with 7 medium.

Incap does more damage on front bar and makes it easier to swap to a set like War Machine. Overall makes the rotation easier.
