Something amiss with account login

I have reset my password today thinking that something was wrong with my login. This is not the case. Two resets later and a purchase. I went back to send a ticket that required my account login. It does not accept the new password. Something is wrong with their account login today. Is something wrong with their login system?

    Ironically getting support help doesn't work unless you also login your account. Its a circular feedback loop of doom. They need to get online support or phone support again.

    I did the form. Unclear why login seems so intermittent. I was able to get back on later. The annoying part is that I changed my password.
