New Profile Avatar selection does not stay selected. Cannot change to new Avatar.

My Beta Avatar image is OK, but rather small. I tried the new Avatar feature in my Profile settings.

I can select an image, but it selection is not saved. The selection clears before I can click apply, save, or whatever is the correct choice in the new Live ESO Forums.

How do I apply an Avatar after I choose one of the pre-configured images?

    I was finally able to change my Profile Picture Avatar. The problem appears to be a compatibility issue with Internet Explorer 11.

    When I used Firefox 26 (Desktop Mode) to edit my Profile and change my Profile picture, the selected image remained highlighted so I could navigate to Save.

    My new image is a memento of my Beta status as a Champion of Zenithar!

    I'm unable to change my profile picture at all either by Add Profile Picture or under Edit Profile>Change Picture.

    Continually saying "You don't have permission to do that." in the bottom left of the screen.

    Will try different browser now.

    IE 11 problem here. Had to open my profile in Chrome to select my pic.

    April the twentieth, and can safely state that there is still a problem with IE11 and profile picture selection.. i refuse to install a second browser for just this :)

    Thanks for your comment. Using an alternative browser worked for me, but I can appreciate your position.

    i have a great deal of sympathy for normal, everyday people working for major coorporations. Especially when 'major' scales somewhere in the region of 10 digit figures. I can imagine what it entails for any ZOS support staff to -be- a support staff, so i try and limit my tickets.

    If bot or bug, sure.. otherwise, there are far less intruding ways to bring something to their attention. Let alone that somewhere deep down, i feel confident i can survive the loss of a picture selection priviledge. Existential angst nonwithstanding ^^
