RP guild suggestions/ideas for Argonian healer?

Been curious about doing an RP guild, either one that already exists, or trying to start my own. Currently playing an Argonian Healer, uses standard Argonian terms, traditional Argonian beliefs about the Hist and Sithis and all.

    I RP as an Argonian healer, who's apprentice to his tribe's Tree-Minder. His Tree-Minder gave him permission to explore the world, join the war and when (if he should choose) he returns, he'll continue his apprentice training to become the tribe's next Tree-Minder.
