• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – January 21, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 15:00 UTC (10:00AM EST)

    Nope. My ticket is open for 62 hours already. Still no contact with support.

    Ok I'm not waiting that long thanks for the info, @ZOS_BillE any update or am I doing a charge back as you cannot deliver on even a digital product?
