"Pre mades are ruining BG's"
So people cant have friends and actually ppay a mmo for what it is, a multiplayer game?
Mmo's are not meant to be a solofest

They are ruining bgs for pugs, mmos are not meant to be a get farmed fest too. Premades should be put against other premades so it is actually a challenge

Good luck with that, I've seen under 50 bg guilds. Made just to farm pugs

What would be awesome is if there were a way to give priority to matching all 3 teams who are members of the same guild queueing at same time, or even queuing up with 12 people to populate the teams.
In one guild we have been doing this for the past year. Usually slower traffic period we are generally able to get all three teams in the same match. This allows us to balance the teams ourselves, so even our beginners have a fun time.
I'm worried that with a lot more people in the queue this might become impossible to get all 3 teams in same match unless we start at 3am on weeknight or something.

When I queue solo, I don't expect to just be able to stand and fight against organized groups with balanced DPS, tanking and healing. I know I'll get crushed so I kite and fight on the fringes.
When I'm with a group, I stand and fight knowing that I have group support.
I think it's really important to realize that if you've never been in Cyrodiil, during prime-time, with a smaller group that can prevail over a larger force, that you simply are not going to hold a candle to those of us who have.
Some of this game's players have honed their skill over years of play, in a multitude of scenarios, and learned the keys to walking away from their fights victorious. Many have not.
For someone who has learned how to manage many situations, BGs presents a comparatively limited set of circumstances that a knowledgeable player can fine tune their playstyle and build around.
That's just how it is. But I assure you that if you learn how to prevail in battlegrounds, you'll actually have a lot more fun in Cyrodiil. There is so much more fighting experience to be gained in the constant melee of BGs.
No clue. To be honest under 50 should only be random groups.
Exactly. That's what I tried to explain to them. But they don't care about the health of the game, only about ap and bragging about rekking newbs. Pvp guilds are cancer imo
Premades are a part of any MMORPG. It is normal and common for a group of players that commonly play together to also PvP together. I am amazed some are surprised by this.
Zos is not likely to do anything about this since it was an expected outcome that some people would group in an MMO to do content in the MMO that required a group.
How do you, as a player, counter these premades? Form a group of your own and show them what you an do.

Used to be a day when peeps aspired to be like the big dogs (I'm not one. I suck) rather than whine and moan about getting owned. Seriously. Get friends. Make a team. Get good. Beat em. Nobody wants to hear it.

That's why I want bg ques separated from premades

The leaderboard is pretty much just an index of time spent in BGs that week, though.
An MMR system would be cool, but would really require the leaderboard and medal system to be exhaustively reworked.
What I would suggest is that ZOS temporarily not allow premades for a time and see if there is an improvement.

It’s not really hard to attach an ELO rating calculation to the end of the game. You could even weigh and include kills, assists and deaths into the formula. Then after a few weeks the pairing gets better and better. It was an issue with BGs bring Morrowind exclusive. It’s not really one now.
This was always going to happen. BG players from.the last year have on the whole worked out to play together. Even if just a pair and two randoms.
They have a year head start. And now we have an influx of true PUGs.
ZOS have the data and will be monitoring as @ZOS_BrianWheeler said. I'm sure if they continue to see a 4x4x1+1+1+1 they will act.
The issue however is previous players that know the map and game type can EASILY look like a pre-made @Aliyavana. I play then a ton and if I group in a PUG with other known BG players we tend to all play the same way. We know to split defence / offence and roll the map doing the same stuff.
So some times the pre mades are PUGs too. But I agree not all the time.
I trust ZOS to monitor tho.
