    I am so tired of having to contact customer support for ESO. When I make a purchase for their most expensive bundle, I should honestly be guaranteed that I am going to receive what I bought.

    I'm sorry but the fact the code (which was provided inside the case of the hard copy of Summerset) gave me some but not all of what I purchased is not Amazon's fault. That's ZoS's.

    If Amazon didn't e-mail you the code for the pre-order pack, that is, in fact, Amazon's fault and not ZOS's.

    You're misunderstanding I think. I ordered a physical edition for my collectors pack. Therefore my code was and is physical. I used said code and didn't receive my order in it's entirety.

    I think you are misunderstanding. The pre-order bonus is not part of the collector's edition. It's a bonus for pre-ordering. Since the CE can be purchased at any time (excepting supply issues, obviously), it would not make sense for the pre-order bonus to be included with the CE's physical code.

    The responsibility of getting to you the necessarily separate code granting you the pre-order bonus lies with the retailer, i.e. Amazon. Amazon has done so in some cases (such as mine), so it is obviously a problem if they have not done so for you. But it's Amazon who have failed here.

    lmao except I'm not talking about the pre-order bonus. I am talking about the things you get with the order of Summerset. I already have the Senche mount and the pet and am not referring to those at all. I had previously put in a ticket to ZoS when I preordered to get those cosmetics before receiving my Physical Copy of the game by providing an invoice.

    A Standard Order Receives the following; Summerset, Jewelry Crafting, Psijic Order Skill Line, Court of Belam, Pocket Salamander, Summerset Treasure Maps.

    A Collectors Edition receives everything that the Standard Order Receives as well as; Bloodshadow Wraith Steed, Fledgling Gryphon, Osijic Scrying Talisman, Divine Prosecution Conversion, Happy Face, Sad Face, and Ta-Dah!

    Now once again, as I stated before I have received the items that you get for purchasing a collectors edition of the game but I DID NOT receive the STANDARD edition items that are meant to be included in the purchase.

    I purchased a Physical Collectors Edition of Summerset which also came with the Physical Collectors items. I am not and was not talking about receiving the senche and pet pre-order bonuses as I had already gotten them but in fact was talking about the Standard edition items.

    EDIT: As a further note, I received two codes and used both but still didn't receive the cosmetics and items

    Have you actually checked your collections menu and seen that you do not have the Court of Bedlam costume and Pocket Salamander pet?

    Except you are talking exactly about that. The Court of Bedlam costume, Pocket Salamander pet, crate, and treasure maps are part of a pre-order bonus called the "Queen's Bounty Pack". It was always advertised as such on ZOS' website:

    These are not "standard-edition items." They are explicitly defined as a pre-order bonus: "All pre-purchases (physical or digital) will receive the Queen's Bounty Pack." If ZOS or a retailer misrepresented that in your opinion, then take it up with them. But don't ridicule others for pointing out facts.

    Just so everyone is aware. I received all of the items that I was missing this afternoon today after I logged in.

    Must have just been a delay of some kind for some reason? I am not sure what exactly happened, but using both codes (the physical one and digital one emailed to me by amazon) seemed to finally work.

    And I did try relaunching the game yesterday as part of my own troubleshooting prior to this. Thanks for the help everyone.

    I picked mine up last Friday (15th) and I didn't get any code for the Queen's Bounty, either. I preodered the thing as soon as it was announced, too.
    You'd think that they'd have fixed it, after that time...

    I'll contact them tomorrow and ask, see if I can pick it up on the way home from work.
    Though, it is frustrating that you even have to chase up for something, even after paying slightly more for pre-ordering.
