Hi all

I just opened my Physical CE and only found 1 code for the game is all the bonus dlc's in just the one code or should there be more codes to redeem? And how do I get the Senche pet?

Got mine from Game in the UK. They e-mailed the senche code last night, and the box itself came with one code that unlocked both the Summerset Expansion and The Queen’s Bounty bonus items.

Also, check the box over well when it arrives to make sure it hasn't had the crap beaten out of it.

The way "Collectors' Editiions" are packaged and handled sometimes blows my mind.

I ordered the Summerset Physical Collectors Edition. Seems I am missing some items from my purchase including the costume "Court of Bedlam" as well as the crate and other items ... would really appreciate it if things worked properly when I pay nearly $100 for them.

Make sure that you have registered the code (there's only one) to your account while out of the game (or relaunch the game otherwise), and check that you're looking in all the right places - basically the top bar (and possibly the chat window) will highlight the active options like crates and collections etc.

I have indeed registered the code and have some things but not others. I have the emotes, the pets, but other things are missing such as the costume and crown crate

There's supposed to be a separate code for the Queen's Bounty Pack, which was supposed to be on your receipt. It's possible some retailers aren't, accurately, relaying that info to customers. The big thing is, that code is not in the box, it's sent separately.

Maybe it depends where or how you purchase the CE. I bought mine over the counter in Game UK and only had the one code in the tin - they don't have my email address and nothing is on my pre-order or purchase receipt - with everything automatically applied ingame once I had registered the single code, including the Queen's Bounty Pack. Maybe it's different in the US, or if you buy the CE online.

Remembering that ZOS are not the ones actually pressing the disks. That's being contracted out to several different companies around the world, and those contracts are, apparently, being fulfilled to different specs, as some are bundling all the bonuses onto one key (sans the Nightmare Senche) while the ones in the US seem to have separate keys for the preorder bonuses.

You're misunderstanding I think. I ordered a physical edition for my collectors pack. Therefore my code was and is physical. I used said code and didn't receive my order in it's entirety.

I think you are misunderstanding. The pre-order bonus is not part of the collector's edition. It's a bonus for pre-ordering. Since the CE can be purchased at any time (excepting supply issues, obviously), it would not make sense for the pre-order bonus to be included with the CE's physical code.

The responsibility of getting to you the necessarily separate code granting you the pre-order bonus lies with the retailer, i.e. Amazon. Amazon has done so in some cases (such as mine), so it is obviously a problem if they have not done so for you. But it's Amazon who have failed here.

Pre-Ordered Physical CE from GameStop. Got it today, but same issue, no code for any of the pre-ordered stuff. I was under the impression (from a thread from weeks ago) that we'd get it after inputting the code. Checked the original order form and receipt, and checked my email, no code anywhere.

EDIT: On a more positive note, at least the Mephala statue is BAF.
