Who is the right person to fix this broken issue?
2 1/2 years of Customer service saying " We cannot see that problem" is the issue.
Quotes from Customer Service:
" I was not able to locate 2 of the accounts, xxx, so I cannot completely confirm. Also, xxx I'm not seeing the attempt to purchase a membership only 750 Crown. However, ever other account I was able to locate and appears to fit with your timeline."
"but I'm not the guy to ask that questions. I don't have the visibility into that system to know if that is the case."
"The team that would be looking into this from our side does not deal directly with customers"
These do not help, there is a problem to look into...
