Hi, continued…

The purchase of the 180 day ESO PLUS renewal on 4 accounts without a hitch, And multi account crowns purchases in a timely manner is the problem! THIS problem has persisted for 2 ½ years.
The Customer Complaint Department does not have the tools to find, see, or share the problem to an AUTHORITY who can take OWNERSHIP of this until it is found and addressed.
This is a HIGHER level – Issue, so the security, fraud, and billing programers should be looking into this. My Credit Union is.
I have budgeted $200 per month to continue your support…Please do not just drop the issue until it happens again>>>>
This must be forwarded on to Rich Lambert, Gena and Phill, we were at PAX NW with them … I think that they might still care …

    I do hope your issue gets resolved, but to be perfectly fair, I read your post 3 times over and I'm still confused about what the issue is. Are you saying that you have 4 accounts that you sub for but that the transaction is delayed or slow? Are you saying that you don't want 4 accounts being charged every month? Perhaps you only have one account but are being charged 4 times?

    Rich is the wrong person to ask. He's a game developer. He doesn't handle customer complaints or issues; it's not his job.

    You are correct, this is not Rich Lambert's job, But he knows who job it is. That is whom I need to correspond with.
    2 1/2 years of Customer service saying " We cannot see that problem" is the issue.

    Quotes from Customer Service:

    " I was not able to locate 2 of the accounts, xxx, so I cannot completely confirm. Also, xxx I'm not seeing the attempt to purchase a membership only 750 Crown. However, ever other account I was able to locate and appears to fit with your timeline."

    "but I'm not the guy to ask that questions. I don't have the visibility into that system to know if that is the case."

    "The team that would be looking into this from our side does not deal directly with customers"

    These do not help, there is a problem to look into...
