The purchase of the 180 day ESO PLUS renewal on 4 accounts without a hitch, And multi account crowns purchases in a timely manner is the problem! THIS problem has persisted for 2 ½ years.
The Customer Complaint Department does not have the tools to find, see, or share the problem to an AUTHORITY who can take OWNERSHIP of this until it is found and addressed.
This is a HIGHER level – Issue, so the security, fraud, and billing programers should be looking into this. My Credit Union is.
I have budgeted $200 per month to continue your support…Please do not just drop the issue until it happens again>>>>
