Here is another person who does not understand how eso PvP works. There are no glass cannons. You're only a glass cannon if you build your character as one. If you're wearing divines on your stamblade/magsorc that means those classes have overperforming defence mechanics.nothing else.

I understand pvp and I'll kick your butt up and down Cyrodiil all day. Classes lean toward optimized playstyles in pvp. If you don't get that you're a fool.
Some numbers, from PC/EU Sotha Sil top 100 of each faction, this evening:
for AD, DC, EP, and total
NB: 37, 25, 19, 81 (27%)
Sorc: 27, 29, 22, 78 (26%)
Templar: 15, 20, 30, 65 (22%)
DK: 11, 13, 22, 46 (15%)
Warden: 10, 13, 07, 30 (10%)
This is not necessarily representative for the whole PvP population, but it is objective data.

OPs first post was 70% of the gaming community is nightblades which is false as zos posted their stats either a month or 2 months ago that the highest player count to class ratio is sorcs(go figure). cloak will lose its invisibility at some point so thatll impact the nightblade trend but there will still be nightblade mains.

No, you don't. Being tank vs being a glass cannon in eso's PvP doesn't mean you are anymore or less able to survive.
It only changes the method in which you do survive.
In fact, the NB, which should be squashy is instead in if the best surviving classes because of the highest mitigation and best escape.

It really takes something away from pvp though when such a huge portion of the pvp populataion is playing one class.

Was that pvp or the entire game? Pvp has been dominated by stam nbs for awhile but sorcs and nbs have been the most popular for years.
I’m sure if zos said that they meant overall. Either way I’m skeptical about their pvp stats since they said the average pvp player only makes 10k ap a day.
Well with that the PvE quester and zergs lower the average AP rate a lot and the guys that jump in for less then an hour most likely are counted too

Only reason there is a lot of stam blades currently is because some streamers released a bow build recently and everyone is jumping at it.
NigthBlade online yes
And two dlc just for them
Ah if only. Nightblades make great AP fodder. Unfortunately they're probably around 15% of the population.
