what about xbox and PS4? will it help them?

XBOX1X owners will notice a difference becasue of the mutli-core processor( I do not remember what the XBOX1 has installed) and freeing up RAM will be beneficial to everyone.
Something to keep in mind. This may not be known to all. Single thread core processing is really holding back performance. Allowing just one more core to be involved is not a per doubling of performance, but a big increase in what can be processed by the client at one time. Everyone that has a duel core processor or better will see a performance change to the positive.
