What about the stamDK variant? They're still kinda f-u-c-k-i-n-g trash.

We truly appreciate all the time and effort everyone has put into writing their feedback on current class balance. In hindsight, we realized the previous patch notes may have implied that balance changes specifically for class abilities would be included in upcoming PTS patches for Update 18. To be clear, our focus for the remaining PTS updates will be iteration and polish for the Psijic Order skill line, Light and Heavy Attack balancing, updating item sets, and fixing bugs. We are, however, collecting all your class feedback and will work on improving class balance in future updates.

Did I miss these class balance changes or what?
Nobody ever said those stated "balance adjustments" included class balance. Although given that there are patch notes under "Combat Balance" for classes, it would be a logical assumption...... I guess they were only referencing Light and Heavy balances and set balances? Which makes no sense because usually anything under "Combat Balance" requires iterating.

what are you talking about lolz. stam dks are fine thats a l2p issue there. the ones that have been garbage and useless are mag dks not stam dks. stam dks are perfectly fine maybe need a couple of buffs but other than that their good.

My first instinct was to write a snarky comment lambasting ZOS, or one about the ineptitude of ZOS devs, and to display the utter stupidity of your development priorities. (Well, after having laughed out loud for about 5 minutes or so.) But heck, you already got like three pages of those comments to wade through so why bother? The exact same question I am increasingly asking about ESO itself. Why bother? The glory days are behind, all that is left is the savage milking of whales, until they too go extinct, and it's time to move on to another cash making scheme. Fallout Online perhaps?
The point I was gonna make, and what numerous others have already made, is that your continued lack of actual interest about the class imbalance and the broken state of many skills and passives, as well as the rampant power creep, is killing the game. And once you succeed in that, there won't be anyone left to buy your overpriced digital crap. I mean, just read the response you are getting!
All your energy and effort is obviously focused towards the Clown Store and it's overpriced junk. Everything else is ignored, or made into such an arduous grind, that you are channeled to just bypass the gamplay mechanics, and buy the stuff straight from the Store. At that point, I gotta ask, why am I playing the game at all?
PVP was the last bit of game content that kept me somewhat interested into logging, but your refusal, or ineptitude, to do anything about game balance, is turning even that to crap. I already had to retire my main character to sit on the bench, since you keep gutting the class skills and making him utterly unplayable due to broken mechanics, unbalanced gameplay and flawed design philosophy. And now, after waiting for half a year for a mythical "balance update", you tell us that naah... not gonna happen. In return, I suppose, I get to not waste my time or money on your product.
I am not all that surprised by this move however. It's exactly the sortta idiotic move I was expecting from you. And am actually waiting for couple of titles to drop, that are rumored to be announced for release at E3, and than it's adiós muchachos for ESO.
And if those do not happen, I'll go back to playing strategy games as my main gaming activity. I will most certainly not, waste my time waiting for you to fix your ***. You have had years to correct some of it, and have failed to do so for years. At this point, I am more willing to bet that it's never going to happen. So yeah... Great job ZOS.
Having said all that, I still feel like I gotta ask: Does your combat team, at this point, only consist of Wrobel and an ecuadorian llama called Mike, who specializes in lawn ornament design. 'Cause it certainly feels that way. I mean, what the hell are you paying them for? The amount of work they manage to get done for each patch is ludicrously small. And they are, more often that not, utterly random and incomprehensible in nature, and never actually deal with any of the real issues the players are having. So, yeah, either your combat team is woefully understaffed, or you are paying for them to twiddle their thumbs. They sure as hell are not getting any work done.
