PvP "Bag"!

This suggestion got buried in another post re: PvP feedback, and I wanted to make it stand out a bit!

It would be TREMENDOUS if we could have some manner of PvP "bag" set up like the craft bag that PvP supplies can go in.

Call it something appropriate like War Supplies or somesuch.

It's enough of a suspension of disbelief that most of us are walking around with 3-4 full sets of armor and weapons, food, drinks, potions, poisons, massive bags of ore, metal, wood, gems, bolts of cloth, enough plants to feed a small nation, often an assortment of paintings, furnishings, couple rolled up carpets...

But you're going to be hard-pressed to convince me that I've got a handful of each manner of trebuchet, catapult, ballista, couple massive pavilions, etc, strapped to my back.

Please give us a section in inventory for our war toys

I would totally subscribe for a siege version of the craft bag.

Only thing is, it might be just a little bit broken that I can load up on tons of siege and never have to worry about restocking in the middle of a PVP session.

Burn my ballistas? Meh, I've got 500 more in my Siege bag!

I can see where they may want to place some manner of reasonable limit on it, it would still be fantastic if these weren't all in the main inventory, heh.

Yeah, I have like 400 sieges, camps and oils in my bank. Even created a guild for storing cold fire stuff. Would be awesome!

Agree with all of this, I legit use 50 slots of inventory space at all times for siege

I'd like this too. I've not PvP'd for quite awhile but my characters' inventories are still cluttered with Forward Camps, repair kits, and assorted siege. It's not only the space, although that's a major issue, but it would be nice just to have a tab that collected all Alliance War stuff, rather than having war supplies divided between consumables and whatever that last category is called. With the variety of siege it's easy to find yourself needing to substitute items in your quickslots on the fly.

Most people aren't carrying around enough siege to warrant an additional bag just for that. In fact I'm pretty sure half the people in PvP don't have a single piece of siege on them.

What we do need though is some sort of craft bag for Motifs. It is duplicates of furniture motifs, recipes, and now since this last event racial motifs, that take up most of my inventory on characters and in the bank.

I would like this if not for any other reason than to separate the supplies I use only in Cyrodiil from what I use in the rest of Tamriel.

I’d just be happy with siege being able to stack in your inventory

I've assumed it was because "used" siege is likely to vary in health. Still unused and/or items at full health should be able to stack.

*** A do we need this. Let’s see let me just find room in my pack for four different gear setups, pots, transmutation jewels, spare monster sets, twenty siege, some camps and repair stuff. What’s that? You want to open mail? Nope go run to the bank first, dammit forgot to get your other stuff back out? Blood port from whatever keep you just spent five minutes riding to.

I don't think this would be a great problem. I always carry enough siege weapons in PvP and never ran out of them in a fight. Restocking takes you 1min after siege is successfully completed.

It's either this or devs take another crack at making siege stack, at very least make unused siege stack and make any siege you pickup become worn siege that doesn't stack

I don't run out in a fight either. It just that there's a difference between the 9 ballista I keep in my inventory and replenish during a PVP session and the 500 ballista I would totally keep in my bag along with every other type of siege weapon if this became a thing.

ZOS might not want me to have an effectively unlimited supply of whatever siege weapon I'm willing to spend my AP on, is what I'm saying.

I get this, but what I wanted to say is that there is no actual scenario in which the limit of siege weapons has an impact.

What do you plan to do with coldfire then?

And is the HP left on the weapon returned as AP when deconstructed?
It is useless if you need inventory space after picking them up.

It was just a thought, didn't think it through that far. Coldfire could remain as it is or you could purchase/collect "charges" for your summonable siege.

It makes more sense to me that a player could summon siege from the back lines, rather than carry bag full of siege.

That makes sense to me. I think it would be very interesting if there would be actual supply lines like in a real war to care about but if you would use this concept on the game it would become totally different.
