Heavy Weapon passive skill doubt

Hi! I have a doubt regarding the text description for the passive skill "Heavy Weapons". It says:
Two handed weapons grant the following bonuses:
Axe: 10% chance to bleed for 0 Physical damage over 10 seconds
Mace: Your attacks ignore 40 armor
Sword: 3% additional damage
For the Axe, can anyone tell me if that value for physical damage on bleed is correct? If so...why 0??

That said, bleeds suck. There are mob types that are immune to bleeds. Much rather take the straight damage bonus from Mace or Sword.1 -

At lvl 10, with 1 point into Heavy Weapons it still says 0 phy damage for me when 2H Axe is equipped. The other weapon bonuses read properly.
So does it read 0 physical damage for everyone regardless of Level?0 -

✭Did anyone figure this out? Seems sort of broken that a skill gives 0 benefit for one of it's stated perks. I'm still seeing this in the description.0 -
Xancathb16_ESO✭✭✭I'm V5 and it says 80 damage over 10 seconds.
MOST passives are either bugged or have horrendously out of date tooltips though, I suggest you just pick up whichever passive has the coolest looking icon 0 -
