Give Nord an extra 4% max Stamina while leaving Rugged and the rest of Nord's passives and it would be very balanced IMO compared to other races like Orc.
For comparison of what Orc vs Nord would look like with these changes:
Orc
6% health, 6% Stamina, 20% health recovery, 5% healing, 4% bonus damage, reduce sprint cost by 12% and increase speed by 10%
Nord
9% health, 10% stamina, 20% health recovery, 2079 Cold Resistance, 6% reduced damage
Orc still has an advantage but at least it's not as bad as it is now.
Can anyone see anything at all wrong with this change?

Hmm... My only concern about this is that they'd mirror imperials a bit too much. Right now Nords are essentially a poor man's imperial. Both are relatively just as tanky, but the imperial just hits harder, and therefore also has better healing. If the Nord had 10% more stamina like the imperial then they would essentially be identical. It would be nice if they had something else to make them more unique. Someone mentioned earlier that they should get extra stamina when a drink is active. Honestly that's pretty clever and lore friendly since they drink and fight.

Extra Stamina while a Drink is active would essentially do the same thing as giving an extra 4% max Stamina since the most popular food/drink in especially PvP is Dubious.
Imperial needs to have it's Red Diamond passive redone to give stamina return along with some healing. Nord can't be left in a bad state just because Imperial is also in one compared to Redguard, Orc, and Argonian.

I know what you're saying, but by doing it this way a redguard will still out DPS a Nord on blue food which should be the case since Nords are tankier. Then again this would make Green Pact useless which is a great tanking set. Hmm... Maybe drinks give extra Stam, and food gives extra health? That way it appeals to both tanks and DPS in their own unique way.
