I'll likely stick with ESO over any new installment of the Elder Scrolls.
Skyrim's Creation Club kind of soured my mood for any newer releases from Bethesda, which means I am not likely to spend my time in those games.
Heck, I am still living in Oblivion's age.

1. You DO GO ON.
2. MMO hardliners will get ESO to themselves.
3. MMO hardliners will rejoice when all their PvP wishes come true.
4. Proper TES players will leave in droves, scarred irreversibly by the MMO experience.
1. Thank me later.
2. Just send money.
You know I'm right (i knowz punkchuation).

When TES 6 comes out, a lot of people will focus on it and take a break from ESO. Many will come back after some time because they will want to play the content of ESO. That being said, some TES fans can spend a really long time on a new game.

I wonder why you think its the same type of player that plays the games? I mean, if I played ESO for my Elder Scrolls fix, I would have deleted it long long ago...it doesnt look like an Elder Scrolls game, it doesnt play like an elder scrolls game...the story isnt nearly as good as an Elder Scrolls game...they are completely different genres, ESO is a MMO, Elder Scrolls games are single player experiences. Its like saying that FIFA2020 is going to affect ESO...I am sure there is a cross section that plays both, but that works both ways.

I wouldn't necessarily say an MMO, more like a live service type of game. Yes, an Elder Scrolls MMO will sell, but ESO vastly underperformed compared to the levels they were hoping for. Bethesda Game Studios recently merged with Battlecry Studios, who themselves were making the game Battlecry, which from what we saw was intended to be a free to play multiplayer action combat game for up to 32 players. It wouldn't surprise me if the new BGS studio in Austin were planning to make some sort of Live service, which could be Elder Scrolls related and be completely separate from the Maryland and Montreal Studios. On the other hand, they could be implementing live service type "features" into the next "three big projects" that BGS has lined up.
I don't know where this "ESO vastly underperformed..." stuff is coming from.... ESO has sold over 10 million copies (so far...) and was voted "Best MMO" for 2015, 2016 and 2017 by MMORPG.com...
Considering Zenimax Online Studios developed ESO... not Bethesda, or Bethesda's owner, Zenimax Media, Bethesda's merger is irrelevant....
you got proof of those rewards? i know ff14 was labeled the best mmo a few times across a few sites. ESO did fail at launch due to the poor mash up of MMo + TES game play. having to pre order the collecters edition to unlock imperials. It gained traction with One tamerial which fixed most stuff.

My God! This is the Internet... I'm sure MMORPG.com has a website where you can look it up! I don't feel the need to spoonfeed people....

I think a lot of people tried ESO at first, "...just until ES6 comes out..." Now, they are so enamored with the MMO aspect of ESO, they won't play ES 6 until a multi-player mod is introduced... and even then they will be disappointed...
