    It has two meanings.

    QQ as crying eyes for the 20 year old collegiate failures who have as much life experience as the t-shirt I'm currently wearing.

    And QQ as a short for 'uninstall noob' from the battlenet days

    If I remember correctly, QQ comes from alt-Q-Q from Warcraft, where the alt + QQ closes the game and exited the battlenet. It's like nowadays when you're about to lose while streaming and you press alt-F4 and tell tour viewers "well it shut down unexpectedly".

    So QQ is like rage quitting.

    I might respond to someone complaining about being unable to kill a certain class in PVP with "less QQ, more pew-pew."
