we all know about the townhouse, they showed it off before the pts patch even was put up.
also, people are asking for more small and medium size homes, that is not. its over a million to buy, its a large home.
I'd love more variety in homes sizes and styles. I have a large roster of characters and I'd like them to (eventually) each have their own, distinct home. Thus far I haven't purchased ANY because I'd start with my main and she's a simple Breton who likes simple things; good views, peace and quiet, some farm animals for company. Not too far from a town since she's a do-gooder and likes being where she can help people, but not smack dab in town either. Nothing fits the bill.

Yes, I stand corrected, I have 600 slots on the PTS and the townhouse costs over 1 million.
Still, I think many people would complain regardless of what was given. How many post did we see about wanting a ship or a piece of Coldharbour for dueling? We wanted tubs, fireplaces, more glowing plants , fountains, even potted plants, we got them too.
Yes, we do need a new medium or small house. I love my Ald Velothi on Vvardenfell and was hoping for something similar in Summerset but I don't think it's coming.

for us thief rogue types and also:
please let it have a "hidden entrance"
please do not let it be an apartment, i want to buy it, not rent it. and please for only 250,000 Gold or less would be perfect cause i am not a rich man.
please do this.

Any ship house has to be "walled off" from the common space, so you can furnish the deck, and not affect any view from the non-instanced areas. Hence the cave to reach it.

You can see stuff out the walls of the Cyrodilic Jungle house (the fence is wrought iron or something) so you can see the Trading Post beyond and actually see people move (or could last I looked because it's one thing I loved).
So I feel like a boat house could be done without needing giant walls, especially if they did an open water ship:
- Make it accessible via a small rowboat at a dock (get in the dock, port to boat, like Morrowind tutorial)
- Have it in slaughterfish water so people cannot swim directly to it.
- Tada - enjoy scenery of zone from your deck
