Siroria's Perfect set has no extra 5 piece bonus, unlike the other three sets' perfected versions. I'm unsure if this is an oversight, a bug, or intended. All of the other sets have given max stam/health/mag, so I presume this is unintended. @ZOS_GinaBruno
Olorime's set is also granting 30 seconds of major courage, instead of the tooltip's value of 10. This was tested with and without jorvulds as a secondary set.

Its supposed to be 30 seconds according to the patch notes. Just with a 10 second cooldown and a 10 second window to recieve the buff.
NEW:
2: Magicka Recovery
3: Minor Aegis
4: Magicka Recovery
5: Ground based effect abilities cast apply a circle of might on the ground for 10 seconds. Standing inside the circle grants you and your allies Major Courage, which increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 258 for 30 seconds. 10 seconds cooldown.
It's possible that may be a result of using the buff template. I'm assuming the value will be tweaked down the line, as SPC only has a 10s duration on the buff. Which it seems that they're emulating.
Since adding too long of a duration will bring about the same kind of issue with Clever alchemist, in that players will quick swap sets from SPC+Jorvuld to their DD set in PvP via an addon, while retaining a 258 WD/SD for up to 42s.
Yes and no, i see what your saying. But at the same time the benefit of spc over this set is that its an automatic buff to an ally at full health for 10 seconds. Olorime's somewhat works the same except your allies physically need to either be in/ or enter the circle of might for the buff. So some may miss it or it may land out of the groups area.
If that is the case, than this set could potentially be very strong for those healers who know how to lay down their abilities in perfect places. Could make for more situational awareness for healers on where exactly to place springs and what not. Not just spam them in the general vicinity of the group.
Its all in theory though, looking forward to how this plays out. Only time will tell.
