I've sent two requests (spaced out over several weeks) to support, using a form from the website, to update my email address/security questions. I haven't heard back at all; I no longer have access to the original email address that I signed up with and I fear that, even though the form requires a new email address, support has been responding to my old email address. Can anyone from ZoS help me out here, or set up a channel of communication that isn't public so as to not share sensitive information?
