Iarao✭✭✭✭yes i did that. but all is well now for some reason. i had done a /reloadui and logged out and back in and still had the problem. sent a ticket to zos then. perhaps they fixed it. i also got logged out twice so maybe that did something. all i know is that problem is fixed now.
i do have the bag on my main acct so i know how to do retrieve. it was not user error
