got the free eso plus to try. why can't i withdraw from the craft bag?

i am doing it right. i get a sound, but nothing comes out of the bag.

Are you right clicking on it in your inventory bags and selecting 'retreive'? You can't just grab it out like you do from regular bank stuff.

yes i did that. but all is well now for some reason. i had done a /reloadui and logged out and back in and still had the problem. sent a ticket to zos then. perhaps they fixed it. i also got logged out twice so maybe that did something. all i know is that problem is fixed now.

i do have the bag on my main acct so i know how to do retrieve. it was not user error

What server and platform are you using? I'm assuming also that this isn't on the PTS, but it's good to verify.
