As you can see from the video, the heal from burning embers seems to be bugged. Getting 7k - 12k ticks within 1 second of being recast while in a duel.

Even on live I've seen it heal for way to much. Embers is SO potent but rather then nerfing embers I'll settle for not nerfing strife

Embers is for sure borked on pts, but its not the only thing. I have had 8k crits of the direct damage portion of Noxious Breath. Something seems wrong about damage in the PTS, its not consistent but I keep seeing random damage spikes.

Not as well as you (not even close) but well enough to play it with success. The only class I can't play and have success with is stam sorc and maybe Warden since I have like 0 interest in it

Not as well as you (not even close) but well enough to play it with success. The only class I can't play and have success with is stam sorc and maybe Warden since I have like 0 interest in it

While I appreciate it, there are far far better DKs out there than me. But there is quite a bit more than holding block and applying DoTs. Just saying.

Ehhh... It's sorta a carry class. But it takes practice to actually get good at it. The true carry class right now is stamblade

It's way easier to play and to be successful with in OW than stamdk, magplar, magwarden or stamplar.
In 1v1 it's even better

Disagree with stamplar/magden (this patch) Stamplar is stamina, which is by itself has a stronger openworld toolkit from 2h, mobility, damage whilst heavy etc with an OK class defense (purge) and decent stats. Bleed on a stamplar is strong asf and usable OW. Sustain on MDK level, but stam has a generally easier method of management.

Magden this patch too. High burst, but hard to land and bird is useless, higher sustain, high healing, a very strong defense and decent mobility too. Not saying DK is useless, but barely above SDK/MPL openworld, and isn't relying on any hard carries, (Nothing, aside from embergore is even close to OP) bar maybe skoria.

Agree with stamDK/magplar. Lmao those classes are broken.

Right but he was inferring that embers was too strong regardless of the bug and calling for it to be nerfed. It's hard enough to survive in bgs with cauterize, embers and blood running.

Vigor costs roughly 2800-3200 stam

Rally cost roughly 3100-3500 stam

They do not compare.
