With the introduction of more and more effects that can be applied to a player character in PvP (from skills, sets, poisons), it has become very difficult to cleanse the right debuff off of oneself - in fact, it is often so pointless to even try that many PvPers who do small group PvP don't even slot it anymore.
Efficient Purge has become outdated. It takes too many tries to get the right debuff off of oneself, which also means that one is left without a counter to certain powerful skills.
The two classes I see suffering the most from this Inefficient Purge are magicka DKs and nightblades. Nightblades because of being marked, and magicka DKs because of the healing debuff.
Therefore one of the Purge morphs should be changed to purge more debuffs off of the player, but this should be balanced with this specific morph only purging effects from two other (possible) groupmates, instead of from six:
Cleanse yourself and your closest 2 groupmates, removing 4 negative effects from yourself and 2 negative effects from 2 groupmates, reducing the duration of any further negative effects by 50% for 6 seconds. [Should cost the same as Efficient Purge to cast]
This way, the purge would still offer some utility for group play as well, and would not be as powerful a tool for using on oneself as the classic templar purge. Efficient Purge would still remain as it is, useful to large groups in both PvP and PvE.
