Help with PTS

I seem to have trouble downloading the PTS. My internet speed is kinda slow and I can't seem to download it fast enough without the power going out or the download just restarting. I really don't want to miss out on the beta content as this is my first time being invited to be a beta tester.

You can't leave the system on overnight while the download goes? You mentioned power going out, but if that means your electricity goes out, it would seem you have more pressing concerns. If you're meaning something like a laptop, can you leave it connected to the charger while the download goes?

I have a high internet speed, my PTS download is going on 2 days now and keeps starting over. Have tried restarting the download, have tried restarting my computer, neither works. It hits 24% and then just stops for awhile, then goes down to 13%.

There are other posts here on the forums about this issue. I'd suggest taking a look around and seeing if there are any solutions or mod comments there. My thoughts, just offhand, are that it may be stress on the server, with everyone trying to download the PTS at once.

I can leave the system on, but it's been on 1% for the past 3 hours. And I'm using a laptop but my battery runs out quite fast so it's pretty much always on charge.

Restart again now & see if the fix that got rolled out a few hours ago works for your download
