A Google search listed suggestions to navigate to your patchdata.depot folder (I'm using Steam) and erase all partial downloads (4 in my case), then resume. It worked for some time, but then it gets interrupted again.☁️ Cloud gamer via NVIDIA GeForce NOW

I'm not some two year old taking a strop and I know full well the difference between a personal attack and a generalised comment. Please do not tell me to calm down. I am actually very calm just a bit peeved at the download situation as many others are after already showing patience.
As I have explained already, I know what to expect from game live or PTS download and this includes knowing that things can go wrong.I will repeat that PTS may well get a fix but this does not mean that the fix will apply to live and live may well have it's own problems.
Right so here is what I'm doing now. Have uninstalled PTS and started a new download / install. I'm going out for a few hours and will see how DL goes when I get back. Should PTS fail to launch again I do not think I will want to try to repair or, yet again, start a new download. Patience is fine right up to the moment our patience is abused.

Yeah I know exactly how you feel. When I first purchased this game had so many issues with no help from ZOS it say unplayed for months. Seems like anytime there is a download of either a large patch or new content I go through days of this. All I ever get is a inbox full of robot answers and no help.Not Every Player Is a Guy FFS0 -

Did you try the "Repair" Option?
While waiting for the fix did the repair when @ZOS_GinaBruno posted it was fixed I started it again now sitting at 0% while everyone I know DLs the entire thing in minuets. It's not my connection it's Zenimax I can DL anything else perfectly but not this.Not Every Player Is a Guy FFS0 -

Sometimes it looks like it's re-downloading everything when it's actually just verifying existing files. That said, wait until the fix rolls out before you start repairing again.
Fix is out and I still keep getting the re-download everything bug. If it is actually just verifying existing files do we just leave it going?

So far....I just restarted meaning CPU was off.
Turned it on, waited and then opened the launcher that started the PTS "download"
-Its verifying 58k MB first just as before....but I'll let it continue

-at 29% now actually download at 156.79 MB/s
I'd say it is "fixed"
-Complete at 100%, now awaiting a code cause it thinks I'm logging in at a new location (NEW PC stuff that's normal)
