Hello,
These forums are very difficult to use, I have the following issues with them. I hope to provide some constructive feedback so that you are able to improve them.
1. Very difficult to create a new post (I had to go to unanswered questions.)
2. Very poor design, does not look nice and is not easy to navigate.
3. Unanswered posts shows nearly 400 items, when clicking on it I get "No discussions were found."
4. I am seeing posts in all languages, a forum per language or at least a filter would be great.
5. Sub-categories showing in all languages.
6. Very thin area for forums, same applies for edit box.
Will add any more issues I find to this post in future.

Hellbane✭Someone mentioned in an earlier thread that Zeni are aware of the issues with the forums. Understandably they are busy with more important matters at the moment. ✭✭✭✭Having basic forums isn't something that should catch them off guard so that they're now "aware of the issues". This should have been in place way before yesterday so players had a place to hype the game and get informed. I'm one of the many unfortunate victims of the "unknown error" bug that only lets you play for maybe 10 minutes at a time, but sure I can deal with that for a little bit while they get their act together. THIS is something they get a little slack on - it's launch and now they're aware of the problem and should hopefully be working on fixing it.
But not having forums with basic functionality is what really worries me. Potential players still on the fence about buying this would be (and should be) scared away after seeing this garbage.Edited by Zheg on March 31, 2014 1:20PM0 -
