This website and all its links, page setup, login areas, and pretty much everything, is *** horrible.

There is zero structure here. Pages lead to the wrong pages. Some areas lead into a new area where you have to resign in. The login information between areas where you have to resign in is inconsistent and best, and downright broken at worst. People coming here for any kind of support will instantly find frustration simply trying to navigate through this *** poor website structure.

I seriously hope, as a web designer, if you wish to keep your customers, you seriously fix this horrid website.

This website isn't even tablet friendly or responsive. Really? How cheap do you need to be in order to have such an archaic website. If this is any indication of what is to come from Bethesda, using the lowest bidder for something so crucial such as the support center of their newly launched MMO, this game will not last the summer.

Agree, when I first logged in I thought my language was set to German and could not change it, then I realized all languages are crammed on top of each other.

Took five minutes to figure it out. It's functional. Keep it how it is for now and concentrate on more important things in my opinion.

I have to agree the forum is kinda messy. I also thought I had set the wrong language seeing all these German and French forums. Perhaps the "language split" could be done earlier, which would at least improve that bit.

I expect this forum to change with the recent start of the game anyway.

Seems that whole launch operation is quite a mess, hope customer support has lot of cleaning tissues cause this s**t storm will escalate huge amount upcoming days.

i guess im used to it already since ive been in the beta. pretty much everything is the same for me though it could use a good update like a better forum or site.

i do agree that everything is unorganized and not new user friendly

The easiest temporary fix for now would be to split the forum into 3 language parts, and have you select which one to get in your settings, so that you only see the posts in the language you selected.

I give zero leaveway here, none. Bethesda and Zenimax opted to keep this forum hidden and thus regular non-beta people had no way to see what an absolute mess this website truly was and to give feedback on how it can be optimized. This is the year 2014, there is zero excuse for a website to be designed like it was made way back in the early 2k's. Ridiculous.

Here is what I will do. I will take these art assets and design a proper website for you Zenimax, then you can purchase it from my company at a good deal since I love your game.

Things this website needs:

1) Language localization and separation through language toggle.

2) Proper Forums i.e.
General Discussion (For all players to discuss the general state of the game)
Class forums
Suggestions Forums
Website Feedback Forums
Technical Support forums not linked to some other forums.

3) A hard look at the login code.

4) A much larger "Leave A Comment" Area.

5) A FAQ regarding how to properly set up your account settings.

6) A FAQ on how to set up your profile.

Honestly the more I think about this the more I am just shaking my head at the level of fail at which this website was launched. Its like Toys r Us launching a website missing 90% of the toys categories.

Agreed. The site is horrible. Also separate the different languages. Create a EU and US section separate from each other.

I am very concered about the state of the forums,

1. Very difficult to create a new post (I had to go to unanswered questions.)
2. Very poor design, does not look nice and is not easy to navigate.
3. Unanswered posts shows nearly 400 items, when clicking on it I get "No discussions were found."
4. I am seeing posts in all languages, a forum per language or at least a filter would be great.
5. Sub-categories showing in all languages.
6. Very thin area for forums, same applies for edit box.

Totally agree. They really do need to get some of the Bethesda forum programmers over here and have them show them how to make forums that actually are intuitive to use and all filters and everything works properly.

It is almost like they set up these forums on a free forum site, although some of those have better access then these do especially if the person setting it up knows anything about forum programming and intuitive design.

I'm starting to get used to it but I agree, something needs to be done about the structure, the way it looks is fine just the way it's build is horrid. Remove sub folders, add General Discussion and put languages into a separate category and it'll be good.

Apart from the language mix it's actually not that bad.
Give me a toggle to hide certain language posts completely and I am game.

Looking at the source code it would seem they are using Vanilla Forums as their choice of forum software. I have no experience with anything but Vbulletin but looking at their showcase forums they should be able to come up with something pretty decent looking.

I can't navigate around this site and get many errors loading pages. Does anyone know if that is FireFox issue? I really don't want to update IE. What is really odd is for some pages if I jump in from google search it will load! The game guides are an example of what I can not get to from the tabs at the top of this page but have links from google that work.
