Quest Bug, In the Name of the Queen
In the Name of The Queen is bugged, the Northern priestess is bugged to not start her ritual she is sitting in the middle of the Altar space cowering saying she is scared. Please fix

My friends and I were all able to complete this last night (at different times as we were all soloing) using one of the following strategies:
1. Log out of the game and then back into it. This often puts you in another server instance, and in this fashion, you can probably find one where she is not bugged. I used this strategy, and it took about 5 relogs to get a working instance. Another friend had to do it closer to 10 times.
2. If you have a friend that had success doing it, have him or her invite you into party, and then use your party pane to "Travel" to them. Meaning you go to their server instance. I was able to get two friends through the quest doing this.
3. I've also heard it is MUCH easier to find a working instance if you try the quest in the middle of the night or during other off hours.
I know these workarounds are not optimal, but I also know how frustrating it is to be blocked from advancing in this very pivotal, and cool quest. So if you'd like to work around it, these approaches seem to be successful for this quest and others.
