Some houses have very nice features just outside like small audrion house litterally has dungeon and dolmen less then a healing circle away.
Things nearby my houses though, gold farm and levelling area ( Argonian large), secret city off the map with most amenties (bosmer large), ( small bosmer) master writ and writ turn in, outlaw refugee and merchant, pledges, (small Argonian) all crafting stations and nearly guard free loot boxes.

G1Countdown✭✭✭✭✭The town of Haven is a 10 seconds away from Grand Topal Island in Grahtwood. After you do the quest in that city, it is no longer hostile. Full crafting services and a banker is available. It's nice and underpopulated with other players so its kind of serene (if you don't mind the tied up prisoner every so often).
It would be nice if I could take my boat (from Grand Topal) straight to Haven's docks instead of the beachhead, tho. That would be the icing on the cake.

If it makes you feel better it's an aylied ruin. You could get rare aylied motifs. Also I would assume there is an aylied well so easy 10% health.Edited by Tasear on April 7, 2018 8:56PM1 -

Well the last robber to jump the fence soon after found themselves sitting at the bottom of a hole being asked to put the lotion on its skin.... so no, I’m not too worried...
Fortunately for him, however, I didn’t realize that lotion doesn’t have the same affect on argonian scales so I decided to let him go. Besides, I already have enough argonian boots in my closet 0 -

that's true. I think ayleid ruins are really beautiful, so I guess it increases the property value, and then the dolmen decreases the property value XDIGN @ emilypumpkin
