When using the chat support do I actually just have to sit there and wait for an Agent?
I tried closing the screen and moving around thinking I would get a tell from a GM like EVERY OTHER MMO and when i open the support window again it looked like the ticket was closed.
Does it stay open in a hidden way and someone will get in touch with me eventually or do I actually just have to sit there and wait?
I did just leave it open and I timed out eventually so.....

Seraseth✭✭✭✭This seems a terrible system to me. Who knows how long the wait times are, and you're stuck in the game, and unable to play the game while you wait. I really can't see why they didn't do it like every other mmo, where you send in a ticket and go on your way and play while waiting.
What happens if the wait is so long I get kicked from the game for idling?Edited by Seraseth on April 1, 2014 12:41PM0
