Shouldn't be as bad as hollow jack but better than it is now.

But I'm not upset..I did get 1 worm cult..and a few other rarer types like daughter and ancient orc.

A little higher so more people can benefit would be better

Actually I would have preffered a 1/day guaranteed wormcult pagr. And for all boxes opened after this one just the rng chance thats going on now.
Someppl dont have the time to run all chars with crafting dailies....and additionally a ton of other dailies

The rarity of the worm motif is what is going to ruin the motif prices for the rest of the year.

Considering the drop rate is 10-20 non worm motifs to a single worm motif, and most people only care about that single style since they already have the others, this event will generate so many unwanted motifs that it will take the rest of the year to dissipate these. Last year was somewhat okay, since there was no motivation to grind boxes except to sell the motifs or own use. This year, everyone who wants the exclusive motif is getting boxes just for that, and mass dumping all other motives. If you thought last year price drop was bad, this year it will get to a record low. There will be 100's of leftover motifs per person obtaining all pages for worm style.

Everyday I'm doing 20+ dailies and I'm already sick of them. Not gonna mention that overall game performance went down because servers are overpopulated.

I just wanna get achievement for this damn motif and stop wasting my time on doing brainless dailies

The way I see it they've managed to turn what is an amazing event with great rewards into a constant troll. Instead of joy at getting a Buoyant or some other rare motif page that is otherwise available in the game, as the Worm Cult motif is timebound to this event only (forthcoming crown sale notwithstanding), unless an anniversary box contains a Worm Cult page it becomes a disappointment.

I'm just shy of 500 boxes so far and not even half way through the motif. I'm unlikely to make it another 500 through with work and other commitments next week. The drop rate as it is, not even sure i can be bothered. For an event meant to be celebrating the game, that doesn't seem like a good thing.

It’s definitely terrble paid entertainment. Games should have an objective and a path to the objective. Ideally that path is difficult and includes unique puzzles and combat. Compare that to what we are doing here.

This is really really stupid. Monkey make writ, click button, open box, do again, do again... The designers spend half their time laughing at us for doing everything they say no matter how brain dead. They do a lot to frustrate us on purpose. It’s just HI-larious. This is world class trolling.

I've only found worm cult daggers x 2 and worm cult legs x1, I open just over 50 box's a day. Seem to mostly get weapon motifs and chest piece motifs seem just as rare as worm cult pages.

So glad that I bought all the missing pages two days ago. People are realising how low the drop rate really is and the prices are increasing even more.

P.S. I got 6 worm cult pages from my boxes (did at least 50 dailies each day). 3 times chests and staves each...

I'll explain one thing. The game has a limit on the number of tasks in 24 hours for which you get a box. This is 50 tasks per character. I play only one!!!! character. And I can't complain about that style falling down. I'll have time to collect all. And if you need 1 or 2 pages you can buy. And now YOU! Why do you think that you will be allowed to be farmers with your "big bunch" of characters on the account??? I can see that the number of boxes received in 24 hours-these people are farmers. 2.3.4 play characters on the same account? Well then don't yell that so "bad" chance of drop the pages of style worm. 50!! crates in 24 hours.

Drop 1 per day after completing set amount of daily quests. Less RNG in this game the better.

It's all RNGsus..
The first day of event I got to run my crafter and alts, (5 toons) through just crafting writs before I had to go to work. Got sick at work, and was laid up for first 4 days of event. Did play the 20 mins a day to just run crafting writs. 30 box's a day x 4 =120 boxes.. I have gotten 5 worm Cult so far and a ton of others. Worm Cult is the only one I need.
Again, RNGsus....

First day I got 3 and felt confident I would get the full set on my crater before the event ends.... haven't seen one sense and I'm starting to launch into full blown panic mode honestly.

After event ends, so will chance to get WC motif, (till they decide to put it in CS next year..hehe).
I think they will go for Armiger prices, 125 -175k eack. They are already 65k+ now.

I'm pretty happy with it, it means people have something to sell when they do get duplicates.

Considering the level of farming happening (especially with crafting dailies) I think any more common and they would be worthless in value.
Sad to see so many other good motif styles tanking in price though, I won't complain too much as it's letting me finish some of my collections but they were all a good way of making money which will not be as effective for a while.

I agree that WC motifs should be rare. If anything, it is the RNG criteria that should be addressed but I can understand and even empathise with how ESO has the system fixed at present. If the complete style had been learnt at the conclusion of this event, what would there be left to strive for (motif wise) when Summerset goes live?

In my experience, it seems to be that the Chars with most (and all) motifs leant are least likely to get a drop. So far I have only managed to get 3 WC motifs - having opened hundreds of boxes - and those drops were from my lowest Chars.

Nevertheless, I can live with that because to compensate, I have received plenty of other high-value style-motifs, armour motifs (including duplicate B-Armiger that I don't need) enough WC style mats to keep an army kitted out, lots of purple and blue furnishing patterns and plenty of Transmutation Crystals.

My main crafter knows all motifs (apart from WC) so there is very little I need to buy before Summerset is released. The gold I can save between now and then, will probably cover the cost of any missing WC motifs.

Did a few days on ten different characters and got one worn cult chapter so I've lost all interest in it now. Personally I think they need to do away with chapters and go back to full books. Yeah it's nice to make gold from selling individual pages but it's an artificial content filler that takes away the enjoyment of actually playing the game, not to mention a strain on the eyes looking through the guild stores lol

Gotten 6 in around 800 boxes - which is no where near the 5 % drop rate some people are reporting.

I definately think it should be more common - or I should just get better luck.

I don't really care about market price - anyone who is interested in making gold off this even know to wait a couple of months before selling off their motif pages.

In time Worm Cult will be worth quite a lot - even if they doubled the current drop rate - because it isn't obtainable outside the event (unless ofcourse they add it to crown store for 5000 crowns after event is over which knowing ZOS they probably will).

I'd like to see a little bit more of the worm cult pages drop, but only a little bit.

I got two pages on the first day, and none of them since. Lots of other yummy things though.

That is the problem, you can't strive to obtain this motif when summerset comes out (or in 2 weeks time) except by throwing gold towards the problem (which is not really satisfying). If the style was obtainable year round with a really low chance, that would be fine. Limiting it to 2 weeks per year with a terrible droprate (being reinforced with RNG) is the thing many people complain about.

I'm excited by all the different drops but I do feel like I see more BA motifs than Worm Cult in these boxes. I suppose RNG hates me but I really hoped that with grinding enough characters, I could learn the new set on my main crafter. Unless you have tons of money to buy from people who RNG loves, it does not look like this will be the case.

I have only gotten one out of my first box, and have not gotten another since. I would like to see the first box opened for day guaranteed to have one simply so I can have a shot at finishing this set.
