Think about it guys; Swift x3 essentially gives you Major Expedition with 100% uptime...

You don't think that's worth 2610 Max Magicka?

Especially since it will (should) stack with Elusive Mist?

Well, other classes can use it too or already have that speed buff from another skill. So I'd like to test it first to see if it's worth the drop in damage.

Pretty sure the cap is 100 percent now but, I still wouldn’t use this for mobility because I could use major expedition pots which last pretty long.

I'm not giving away 2.4k max mag unbuffed by racial passives for 30% speed. It's a suicide

Getting 100% uptime on a 30% Movement Bonus (with no Resource Cost) is definitely not suicide...

Now your damage/healing will take a hit...no question...but to have the ability to truly escape on demand?

Us Magicka Templars have never had that...

It might be worth the hit in dps...

You really think this is gonna help magplars escape? With are huge 12k pool of stamina

I do agree that Expedition pots do last long, but this strategy of having 30% Movement Bonus in constant effect has many advantages...

For example, if my group is being bombed, I don't have time to use an Expedition pot and then get out of AoE; I need to simply get out of AoE asap and having 30% Movement Bonus in constant effect would be great for that...

100% uptime on Swift x3 will synergize EXTREMELY well with the Dark Stalker passive...

I never need an Expedition pot; I can use pots with other useful benefits instead...

I can go on and on, but you get the point; the potential for this is huge, and may well prove to be a very viable route to go with ones character build...

Absolutely, because it will stack with Elusive Mist...

And as I stated on page 1, I can have Elusive Mist going with a 72% Movement Bonus...

Are you telling me that you can't see the power of that as pertains escaping?

This is the difference between expectations vs reality.

Expectations; i cast my hasty prayer, recover major health, and have enough speed to escape.

Reality; my resources are drained down to almost nothing (bcz poisons) i use my last bit of magicka to cast hasty prayer, get major health, and have no stamina to escape.

Have you read page 1 in its entirety?

    Infused with Potion Cooldown reduction

If you're argonian you get massive sustain increase and can run HOT/Speed Pot while having a tri pot on available whenever.

I'm just wondering about diminishing returns. A potion every 20ish seconds is so incredibly broken on argonian.

Swift is a dumb trait to be adding to the game that will only create even more stupid PVP fights. Players already have permanent uptime on Major Expedition from pots which in my opinion is what makes Stamblades as strong as they are because when you combine that with Cloak and non stop roll dodge in medium armor it makes it incredibly easy to evade attacks. Adding another 30% speed on top of 30% from pots will just be pure stupidity. It will be an even more endless circle chase around the Resource tower.

Horrible insight to the trait. They have no clue what makes players so strong.

They trying to give mag toons a leg up by giving us speed? Ok...well never reach cap without sprint. Which we can't do much.

So now l, a magplar. Who already has lower overall damage than any other spec, has to lose almost 3k max magic/ 300 spell damage. Just so that we can have a chance to catch up to the stamina player? Or run from the stamina player for that matter...it's idiotic to think that this is going to be gud for magplar. If you want more speed and more damage at the same time you have just as good self defense?

Roll stamplar. Unless you like the idea of dropping your already weak, easy to counter magplar damage even more....this trait does nothing but make stamina better at what they do
