Getting a new ritual of Mara

The person I've been playing with and I decided that we pretty much botched our character builds and want to start over as we're not that far along. Is it as easy as just putting the rings in the bank and giving them to the new characters or do we need that letter that got put in our inventory when we accepted the attachment and do the ritual all over again? If that's the case, we're probably screwed.

Tiyamel✭✭✭you can not put your rings in bank, they are tied to both characters upon use, if you delete your characters you will lose the rings, in that case submit a ticket to customer support, they might be able to recover them for youGuild Master of Lost Prophecies, small group of friends playing in Ebonheart Pact, recruitment only accessible through playing with us and making a good impression.
