well there you go. if average players can't be competitive on a class, it needs to be looked at. over on reddit Ixtyr mentioned that "people just haven't learned how to play magwarden right" and that it's fine. I think that's totally the wrong mindset, tbh. yes, we could learn to play a bit better, but when an average player can pick up any other DPS class and hop into a trial and make 25k without much effort, why would they ever play (or a raid leader take) a magwarden?

What's that about the geisers? Thanks to the op, but I really wish ESO would post an official list of new features instead of having to fish info from different streamers.

    @cecibergesnrb18_ESO

I did not get a chance to do one of the Geysers, but someone in the room was doing one. From what I saw, think a Dolmen, but with different art work and your not too far off. Which is nice as I kind of miss not having dolmens in the new zones we get, although I can understand why Vvardenfell did not have them (no archeological evidence in the original Morrowind game)

I ran a couple. They're like dolmens, but not quite the same. It might help to think of them as a refinement on the concept.

Do we know if there will be significant balance changes? Also with multicore threading, was this confirmed by someone or are you just guessing because the game ran so good? Also does this do anything for PS4 Pro/XB1X? I don't expect you to know the answer to these questions but I figured i'd ask :)

I can't find any information about it so have one question regarding Summerset locations. We already know that Summerset will have three bigger cities: Alinor, Lillandril and Shimmerene. We also know there is Cloudrest, yet not as a typical city (what a pity...), but as a trial setting.

However, all official maps of Summerset show there are (should be) at least two other bigger cities: Sunhold and Dusk - both in the southern side of the island. And my question is: do you know if these two cities are present and can be explored? Zenimax haven't advertised them as they did with Alinor, Lillandril and Shimmerene and the recent map of Summerset from your testing seems to indicate that the part of the island, where these two cities are supposed to be located, is blocked/inaccessible. At least I can't see any cities (or even towns) there.

And I can’t tell, but is the change to NMG a good thing? Applying major fracture.

Nope, it was turned into a set that does what quite a few standard abilities do, including the tank's 'major' role of applying Major Fracture, whether in 4 man dungeons or 12 man trials. The changes effectively turned it into a solo set.

But only a solo set for Sorcs and Templar. The other classes already have major fracture in their rotation.

I doubt any playtesters work with this build, but I have to ask.

I was testing a hybrid, on Saturday, but ran out of time, and wasn't able to fully experiment. I was running Hundings + Pelinals, and had decent stats, but terrible penetration. If I'd had more time, I would have tried replacing Hundings with TBS for the Warrior and Lover.

My suspicion is that... probably not really viable, but dangerously close. With the changes to Combustion, a hybrid DK may be a real option.

Anything in the conversation about a package deal, with a lower price for collector's edition for those that PURCHASED Morrowind? Not sure why those who didn't purchase it, get it for free, comparatively speaking, and those who did purchase it, pay the same? It's $90 in my country, and I don't see why those who did buy Morrowind, get a "You were stupid to buy it, because now it's free, for those who didn't." Accordingly, I can wait until this edition is free with the next release, or I will pay now for a reduced price because I bought Morrowind............makes no sense. Fool me once shame on you.........I won't be fooled twice.

It's like this with all modern MMO's. When you buy the new FFXIV expansion you get the previous one included, even if you already have it. When I bought Legion I got Warlords and everything before it for free. Its part of the deal to help get new players into the game instead of charging for old expansions and turning new players away.

Because of the changes to light and heavy attack damage calculation (making stamina/magicka more important for their damage), hybrids will probably be worse. Stacking Weapon/Spell Power with Pelinal's at least ensured that your light and heavy attacks were decent, but that's gone now.

Can anyone explain the mechanics of the Cinder Storm heal for DK? Is it single target or AoE, targettable or ground casted or just a "smart" heal, etc?

From what I heard on one of the videos, anyone standing in the AOE of cinderstorm gets a heal, enemies get a slow. It no longer damages. Cauterize got a radius increase of 28 meters too.

Combustion Passive - Every time you apply burning/poison, you gain 500 magicka or stamina, this has a 5 seconds cooldown.
Does that mean Combustion no longer increases Burning and Poisoned damage by 50%?

I really hope those changes you listed on your site more so nightmothers, sunder, and most of all DK isn't true.
If it is true well whoever was the influence for the DK class really let every single DK down especially stamina.
Who in the right mind thinks combustion should be changed to give you 500 mag/stam every 5 seconds in comparison to the current one that gives us increased burn/poison damage.

If I have to break down every single bad change I saw on your site.. my goodness it'll be a wall of text.

Would love to see some buffs to help healers other than Templar/Warden and non-DK tanks.

The ''average player'' does not need to make 70k dps parses. Any content in the game can be completeled with an average dps.
When to try to make the average player feel like he is the best, you will have a game that takes no skill to play. Warden needing a buff or not is a different topic. but Catering to casuals is what DOOMs mmos. Its what doomed WoW, Its what doomed so many other good games.
