Why cant I log in?

Pre-ordered from Amazon and have received my 3 day early access code, have added the code to my account yet I can not access the game.
I always get a 103 error, why is this?

Probably because you have 3 days early access which doesn't start until tomorrow.

So it isnt really 3 days early access then, its actually 2 and a half days early access.
Misleading.
