I guess it is too much to hope for significant PVP-improvement news to come out of this. After all, Cyrodiil isn't "new content". Arguably, many balance issues only matter when one is trying to min-max (that's true in PVE and even more so in PVP), so it sounds a little like you're saying that no one is there representing the set of players for whom balance changes will have the most actual impact. That's a little concerning.

Well they "listened" to all the feedback they got for Morrowind.
They just didn't "hear"any of it, or do anything with it.

I'd be more surprised if they didn't. MMO programming isn't dissimilar to large corporations. I'm quite sure there are several teams which work on specifics within the game, and discuss performance and change issues.
Given the patch releases, they may not have defined sprint cycles, but I can bet they do have deadlines, and in order for patches to work, code reviews would be necessary.
Looking forward to Summerset. Or rather, Razum-dar and jewelry crafting.
Still not sure how I feel about the Crystal Tower.

To me, a min maxers is the one who looks for only the optimal build and ignores all other ways to play. The folks that are here are the ones who figure out how to make different combos work to be efficient. It's a matter of perspective more than anything else. To me the min maxers have only one way to play the game and feel that any other combo or build sucks. For example only a Redguard Stam DPS is worth rolling.
So maybe I should have said there are no myopic fanatics here Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
