Alcast and Worley and Xynode are just 3 of the theory crafters here parsing all the new stuff and devs are standing behind then watching and getting feedback. There are others but I did not ask them for permission to post their names. Anyway, all of them are trying out as many combos as they can and the devs are watching each parse. I can't say anymore about the details of what is coming from the testing. I will let them talk about it on Tuesday.

@Nestor when you say there are no min-maxers there, can you elaborate on what you mean by that? Arguably, many balance issues only matter when one is trying to min-max (that's true in PVE and even more so in PVP), so it sounds a little like you're saying that no one is there representing the set of players for whom balance changes will have the most actual impact. That's a little concerning.

It may very well be nothing but an excuse to brag, but I think @Nestor has earned it. I mean, being part of this test is brag-worthy, and if anyone on this forum has earned the right to swagger a little, it's.... ok, well, it's SantieClaws. But Nestor is #2!
I happily defer to Santie

Also, I will add we have had devs talking to us and listening to us all day long. And they are taking pages of notes from our feeback on both new content and base game systems. They really do care.

I’m very jealous here! I know you can’t say anything, so no point asking lol.. But will those people worried that the architecture is not ‘Altmer’ enough be relieved? I still praying for glass roofs!
I am hyped to the max!

Kidding, I'd be very surprised if those things came up.
In the book that in which this whole insect wing/glass thingy was written literally next sentence says that this is fake.
Alinor
A forbidden city for nearly fifty years, Alinor is both capital of the Summerset Isles and the heart of the Aldmeri Dominion. Human traders were only allowed at its ports, and they described the city as "made from glass or insect wings." Less fantastic accounts come from the Imperial emissaries of the Reman Dynasty, which describe the city as straight and glimmering, "a hypnotic swirl of ramparts and impossibly high towers, designed to catch the light of the sun and break it to its component colors, which lies draped across its stones until you are thankful for nightfall."

??? It says no such thing:Alinor

But take it to the apropriate thread.
Jewelery crafting, the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild SHOULD BE part of base game.
So do they also have Xbox consoles they test future content on?NewBlacksmurf wrote: »NewBlacksmurf wrote: »Lol you’re so funny.

I said NDA safe, what did you expect?
However I wish I could tell you why it's going to be great. Tuesday.
I dare you to break nda ...don’t tho I’m just joking
I have a serious question no one in here will ask.
-How nice are the bathrooms?
-Do they have a cafe?
-what’s the food menu?
-Do they have ergonomic desks and chairs?
-Eyestrain monitors?
-Casual dress code?
Typical office building bathrooms.
They have cafe.
Decent menu, good coffee
Nice work spaces, multi monitor displays, lots of gaming swag all over the place, even for other games.
Very casual dress code.
I am currently in Wroebels car on the way out to dinner.

Ah, okay. I would consider those guys "min-maxers". They theory craft to get optimal results.
