It's 29.99 as a digital upgrade...
Just saying.
But, it really will depend on how much content there really is in the land mass.

This is the point.
Wrothgar was a dlc and it came with new trial and a huge map (completely accessible).
As already mentioned jewellery crafting should be part of the base game update so its not locked behind submersed purchase.
So pretty much we're paying for a new skill line.
Nothing I saw justifies I chapter
Maybe it is just a kick ass PVE zone, and thats why. Too bad I mainly PVP

Wrothgar did not come out with a new trial. Thieves guild is when Maw of Lorkaj came out.

It's supposed to have 30+ hours of questing in it. I never pay attention to how many hours I spend in a zone, so I don't know if that's good or bad compared to Morrowind, but it seems like one of their selling points.

Totally no Zo$ greed, they even gift you Morrowind with physical CE Edition. Which is awesome, cause then all the CE Edition fanboys get a second time ...
And not to mention Morrowind as title is a bit missleading for the fact they only used Vvardenfell and for the epic Landmass they just put a gigantic no go Volcano on it and simply ignored a tiny island in the north.
Look, there's a big mountain on Summerset, i wonder if we can go there ...
And the only reason we got Orsinium as dlc is that they didn't have the chapter idea yet ...
Seems like a regular DLC to me, not much game changers. Big zone, 12man trial jewelry crafting and a new guild with its own abilities. Doesnt seem to justify the big price tag. 59.99 For Digital Collectors edition - 89.99.For physical collectors edition. 29.99 for digital upgrade.
Its not the content that makes me want to stop playing but the community. To many people rushing dungeons, queueing as tank and fail horribly in a dlc dungeon, or simply trial-guilds running at unholy hours. The game itself is fine, its the people playing who are making it rotten to the core.

One of the reasons I shy away from that content or do it with my husband who rarely has time to log in anymore. Just not worth the aggro.
(Making it non-digital, so calling it a content pack or "DLC" is just wrong and an abuse of the acronym)

Not really. Clockwork City had a zone, a trial and the new outfit system. And is free for ESO+. Summerset just adds a new skill line and a larger zone. And that's worth ~ $30?
I expected new class.. Expansion pack or chapter must contain better contents than other DLC.
Well we'll see when update comes.
